Volunteer Requirements

NAMA is always looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our mission. To ensure the best support for our beneficiaries, we have established the following requirements for volunteers: 1. **Commitment to NAMA’s Mission**: Volunteers should share our core values of compassion, empathy, and dedication to supporting victims of conflict and fostering sustainable change. 2. **Relevant Skills and Experience**: While all backgrounds are welcome, we especially seek volunteers with experience in fields such as: - Humanitarian aid and relief work - 3. **Availability**: Volunteers must be able to commit to a minimum number of hours per week, depending on the role. 4. **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills are essential. Volunteers should be able to work effectively within teams, communicate clearly, and interact respectfully with diverse communities. 5. **Cultural Sensitivity**: NAMA operates in areas impacted by conflict, and volunteers must demonstrate an understanding and respect for the cultural, religious, and social dynamics of the regions we serve.
